a free (i think) lab for testing terrestrial ethernet and wifi oses and configurations open to edus and non profits for research purposes..

  • wifi, if we get back to that
  • validating DTN/IP over wifi or ethernet

it's access to their installed hardware.. which at the most experimental includes Gnu Radio + USRP
